AP Process Analyst
Location: WrocławMain objective of role
- Supporting the rollout of the new SAP instance in Europe in the area of Accounts Payable
- Gathering business requirements, system mapping, training of new users, data cleansing
- Providing analyses and metrics and supporting the local management team in data-based decision making.
- Working with all parties involved in the Accounts Payable process to gather requirements and ensure they are correctly reflected in the system design; has the responsibility for ensuring that scanning, indexing, posting and payments are executed correctly in the to-be system Overseeing the correctness of data transfer from current platform to new SAP instance, being accountable for writing test scripts, performing testing and documenting its results
- Participating in and leading project calls as required, ensuring efficient project communication
- Delivering end user trainings
Requirements
- A minimum of three years of business experience required with some experience in research or a related field desired
- End to end understanding of the STP process, with a history of process utilization, optimization and mapping
- Knowledge of purchasing principles and practices is a must
- SAP FI module fluency is a must
- Fluent command of English
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively for a wide range of internal customers under tight deadlines
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Experience in VBA and/or other programming languages is a plus
