For one of our Client we are currently looking for the perfect candidate for the position of:
AP (junior) accountant with German

Location: Poznań
Responsibilities:
- provide financial, administrative and clerical services
- scan AP documents onto system
- verify accuracy of data being entered into the system
- process and match AP invoices received to jobs
- resolve issues with matching invoice documents via operational colleagues / suppliers
- monitor workloads and ensure processing is up to date (in accordance with SOPs)
- payments preparation
- previous work experience not required, you will learn
- very good knowledge of both English and German, verbal and written
- education in a business environment, preferably in the finance or transportation
- ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of the team
- excellent analytical skills and high attention to details, desire to work with data
- a permanent term employee contract
