For our Client, international company establishing its SSC in Warsaw, we are currently looking for Candidates to hold the position of AP Clerk.
Your new role
Holding this position you will be responsible for supporting operations of the AP function and driving continuous improvements through service excellence, process enhancements and cost benefit. You will assist in establishing an efficient and effective results focused service culture, delivering continuous process efficiency through strong change management and performance measurement. Your duties will include providing escalation on all queries in relation to accounts payable and expenses, reviewing and approving Account Payable to General Ledger reconciliations and resolve any variances, chasing and resolving any accounts payable balances and bank outstanding’s, as well as escalating and providing any assistance on T&E Audit issues. You will be also involved in continuous reviews and improvements of processes to achieve and maintain global standardization and ensure that developed KPIs and SLAs are continuously met and adhered
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for–Candidates with at least 1 year of experience within a SSC (preferably AP department), who– can demonstrate a combination of technical excellence, motivational prowess and attention to detail with a view to producing quality service in a controlled environment. An ideal person for this role should also–possess strong operations functional experience, as well as working knowledge of ERP Accounting systems. Fluent English is a must.
