For our Client, a global leader in enterprise application softwarelocated in Kraków, we are looking for AP Associate Accountant.
Within this position you will be responsible forthe procure to pay cycle for the North America, Europe, Latin America, and India regions. You will be ensuring purchase order process throughout the organization and approval Authority Matrix is being followed. You will be also assisting with preparing weekly metrics for the procure to pay cycle, answering any vendor queries; escalate to the Accounts Payable Supervisor or Manager as deemed appropriate and performing audits of travel expense reimbursement requests; approve travel expense reimbursement.
We are seekingrecent college graduates who wish to begin an exciting career in accounting. No prior collections experience is necessary, as the company will provide you with adequate training and resources to learn the process and achieve success. Fluency in English is required (at least B2 level). Attention to detail is highly important and a structured methodical approach is necessary.
