For our Clients, global companies SSCO/BPO sector, we are looking for Specialists/Senior Specialists with laungages in the Accountancy departments.
Duties and responsibilities for each possition:
AP Accountant:
Entry invoices from suppliers
Perform reconciliations of AP related accounts
Preparation of payment proposals
Carry out internal controls
and more
AR Accountant:
Ensure that all payments to suppliers, consultants, employees etc. are processed accurately; efficiently and effectively in compliance with all internal controls and policies;
Record incoming payments and reconcile bank statements;
Perform reconciliation of AR related accounts;
and more
GL Accountant:
Preparing journal entries accurate and compliant with company policies and applicable accounting regulations
Supervising accounts receivable and accounts payable balances
Responsibility for month-end closing activities, especially:
Verify monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Preparing and/or assisting in other statutory reporting preparation
