Our client will open a SSC in Krakow this summer. They are worldwide known organization with well-established structures. As the new team within AP , collection and client service will be launched soon they are looking for experienced specialist for the position of Trainer.
Working on this position you will have the exciting opportunity to train a brand new team within the brand new SSC! What is more you will review the work for each employee and audit for quality using the standard guidelines. On daily basis you will create and conduct training sessions for all new hires and implement an assessment of their performance which will then serve the managers as the reference point in periodical performance reviews. .
To succeed you need to hold at least 3 years of experience in one of the fields: AP/Collection/Client Service and speak fluent English. Any additional European language (German/French preferred) will be a great asset, however is not required. You need to hold previous experience in training or coaching – if you had the chance to train new joiners at your team the position is perfect for you. A perfect candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Previous experience as a trainer/quality analyst will be considered as an asset.
