AP/AR Accountant with German

Responsibilities:
• posting and verifying invoices and other documents,
• contact with relevant internal and external clients,
• cash application and collections,
• processing AR payments, investigate payment discrepancies,
• ensuring professional relationship with suppliers,
• month-end processing and reporting activities,
• verifying invoices and ensuring compliance to statutory regulations,
• monitoring all transactions to ensure accurate and timely transaction posting.
Requirements:
• previous experience in accounting (preferably in AP/AR processes),
• very good English and German skills,
• strong working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel),
• high level of pro-activeness and independency,
• focus on details and results.
