For our client, an international FMCG company, who decided to open a new Finance Shared Services Center, we are looking for a candidate for position:
AP accountant with Hungarian or Czech

Responsibilities:
- invoice processing
- incidence management - escalate incidences in prices, quantity and quality to the owner in the CBU to solve the incidence and follow-up
- invoices/payment processing
- provide reactive answers to supplier questions on payments status with good quality relationship and customer orientation.
- debtor vendor management
- one time vendors processes
- accruals management
- ensure the development of a good relationship with suppliers
- contribute to finance projects as appropriate
- guarantee effective internal control in the perimeter assigned and contribute to implement actions plans
- at least 1 year work experience in Accounting in international company, especially in shared service structures
- experience in process transition
- strong knowledge of accounting principles
- strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations
- knowledge of ERP systems
- fluent English
- very good spoken & written Hungarian or Czech
- ability to work many task in the same time
