A new Shared Service Centre of an international, prestigious organization based in Poznań is looking for a Accountant with German language.
Your new role
Your new responsibilities will include:check invoices (factual and computational) related to purchase and GR data in SAP, monitor invoices in flow, handle and monitor bank guarantees and code all non-PO related invoices (G/L account,cost center, internal order, invest order etc.). Moreover you will identify and send all invoices to approval flow, which need to get additional approval and support transition for once week in in a moth for six months.
What you'll need to succeed
Successful candidates will have an accounting experience and degree, very good German and English skill, good knowledge of VAT legislation, basic knowledge of German payroll tax legislation related to events and SAP knowledge.
