AP Accountant with French
For our Client we are seeking to recruit AP Accountant with French. A successful candidate will support internal Clients from the French speaking region in Purchase Ledger area.

Our Client is a well-known German company. For their developing Financial Center of Excellence in Warsaw we are looking to hire candidates for the roles within AP department. The organisation is known for its supporting atmosphere, best practice implementation and stability.
Description
-
Daily invoices and credit notes processing, verification of incoming PO/GR and non-PO/GR
invoices, ensure correctness and required approvals, following work flow processes (SAP) -
Assists with day to day AP transactions

Processing payment runs including manual and urgent payments
-
Vendors accounts reconciliation
-
Conduct the defined AP closing activities in terms of account reconciliation of the relevant in
house bank and settlement accounts, post supplier and intercompany invoices in accordance
with the preset month end schedule -
Provide internal and external audit support

Engaged in SSC finance projects and ad-hoc reporting as required
Profile

University degree preferred - especially within Finance and Accounting
-
Very good French language knowledge

At least good English
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent planning and organisational skills

Ability to prioritise

Good written and verbal communication skills

Excellent attention to detail
