AOP Finance Analyst
Location: KrakówThe challenges waiting for you:
The purpose of the role is to deliver people related activities and manage the workforce plans and execution.
In this position you will be responsible for oversight of the production of insightful financial management information for the IT PPM community including IT Change project financial planning, annual planning process for the technology change portfolio and communicating this across a technology organization.
- Facing-off to senior stakeholders in the course of eliciting requirements, syndicating outputs and providing preparatory materials for Executive forums
- Engagement with stakeholders and maintenance of working relationships with key contacts in the IT PPM and PPM Lead community
- Executing ad-hoc CIO-driven analysis requests, often to demanding timeframes
- Financial reporting, executing data collection, compilation and scheduled periodic reporting of financial data
Required skills:
- University graduate preferably with a degree in IT
- Experience of delivering projects and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise tasks in demanding timelines
- Previous experience of working in a finance team / function with involvement in creating bottom up budgets / top down budget management
- Experience of dealing with and reporting to wide ranging stakeholder groups
- Experience of running training and workshop sessions to large audiences
- Be a demonstrated effective communicator both verbally and in written form
- Strong Excel skills including the use of data pivoting and nested formulas
- Strong understanding of Power Point and key tools within design tools within in the application
