Global Banking group- head office Financial Crime Compliance centre is looking to engage a Financial Crimeexpert for a long term assignment to work across all financial crime topical pillars assisting the global head in deep diving on the frame work providing tactical/strategic recommendations and real time FCC advice.
While working at the position of AML Manager, you will be responsible for: monitoring the PLAs and Meet all Timeliness & Quality metrics defined for all processes; Escalate any major deviations to Business which will impact the quality & turnaround time; Work closely with the Business Partners to identify opportunities for improvements to the process and particularly automation initiatives and strengthening of controls; Focus on reducing rework with adequate training to the teams; Ensure that adequate controls are in place to avoid any errors resulting in operational loss/regulatory breach.
An ideal Candidateneeds to have knowledge of AML/KYC or other FCC & RC Operations functions. Strong leadership skills evidenced by achievement of objectives together with a track record of development of individuals with strong organization and planning skills along with the ability to handle Capacities and MI reporting are a must. Experience on managerial position will be an advantage. Fluency in English is a must.
What you'll need to succeed? You will be highly self-motivated, organized and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. You will be able to liaise with the senior stakeholders within the business.
