Our client is a professional Chemicals and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Flandre Orientale Belgium.
Het bedrijf is een multinational met meerdere vestigingen in de Benelux en heeft een operationele site in Oost-Vlaanderen.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Je gaat instaan voor de organisatie, coördinatie en ontwikkeling van een team van 5 à 10 analisten die actief zijn in de uitvoering van tests rondom product release, stability, process controls en validatie.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- planning van werkschema's voor personeel en apparatuur, troubleshooting
- nabij volgen van de voortgang van het team met betrekking tot SLA en GMP, aangevuld met individuele coaching en training
- rapportage van CAPA's en overige afwijkingen
- efficiënte organisatie van labo activiteiten, continue oog voor optimalisatie van processen en procedures
- dagelijks contact met interne klanten van production, QA, R&D
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc/MSc in chemie met grondige kennis van HPLC, GC, titraties, Karl Fischer etc.
- eerste ervaring met management en coaching van teams is een plus
- kennis van GMP en bij voorkeur ervaring met concepten als Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma
- werken in 2-ploegendienst (05:00 - 13:00 of 13:00 - 21:00)
- goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels in woord en schrift
