Analytics Manager

Job Description

• Responsibilities for leading analytical projects
• Cooperation with clients to gain business requirements from multiple sources (i.e product managers, development teams, functional group members, solutioning the client proposal)
• Presentation and summarize key analytical dates for improvement to senior management

Requirements

• 7-11 years of work experience in one of sectors: Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Retail, Resources, CPG
• Experience in data mining, statistical analysis, data modeling, predictive modeling
• Master’s degree (preference for Statistics, Economics, Econometrics, Operation research, Management, Engineering)
• Fluent English and Polish communication skills
• Willingness to travel
• Tools knowledge (Base SAS, Advance SAS, SAS Strata, SAS Enterprise Guide, SQL, SPSS, KXEN, Knowledge Seeker, Model Builder, MS Projects) – nice to have
• Other languages (German, Italian, Russian, French, Spanish) – nice to have
