THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
The client is an international generic pharmaceutical company that works on complex injectables.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You deliver analytical methods in support of the formulation development, as you lead a small team of scientists, engineers and technicians. It is your responsibility to provide a scientific basis for decisions in development activities. You report to the Tech Lead.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You collaborate closely with the Tech Lead to ensure the smoothest possible implementation of research instruction. You work based on the principles of Quality by Design and Design of Experiment.
Above all you have leadership experience, with proven people management and highly capable of planning and executing deadlines. Troubleshooting and providing guidance is key.
REQUIREMENTS
- A PhD in Pharmacy or a PharmD
- Over 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/analytical development
- 3-5 years of Lead experience is a must
- Open personality with good communicative skills
- Excellent comprehension of the English language
