Currently, we are looking for an Analyst who will carry out a project for our Client - one of the largest banking and financial services organizations in the world, providing a comprehensive range of financial services to around 60 million customers.
Main tasks:
- Support Requirements Management, Design, Change Management or Implementation Management activities
- Support IT Teams with the translation of business requirements and designs into more detailed functional requirements and designs
- Work with Business Analysts, Process and Business Consultants, delivery partners and subject matter experts in gathering, translating and clarifying requirements and defining design options
- Support Implementation Management, including planning, controlling and reporting on implementation of the change ‘product'
- Support Change Management activities such as early change planning and audience analysis
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in gathering requirements, process re-engineering or conducting design activityExperience in communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Fluent English language skills
- Exposure to change implementation activity
- Good verbal and written communication skills and experience in face-to-face presentation
Optional skills:
- Knowledge of French
- Knowledge of financial services industry
- ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Bel
