For our client, one of the biggest Nordic financial groups, present on global market for over 160 years we are looking for:
Analyst in Financial Strategy, an advisory unit for large corporate clients
Main duties of an employeewill be participation in advisory projects towards corporate clients mainly from Nordic countries, Germany and the UK. Tasks include among others information gathering, creating financial analysis and models in MS Excel, preparation of client presentations and research on relevant topics.
Employee is expectedto have an interest in and to develop a good understanding of capital structures and credit ratings, as well as corporate financing solutions and processes. Furthermore the candidate will engage with concepts around topics like sustainability and how the ongoing energy transition will impact the overall strategy of energy companies in Europe.
Our Client is looking forgraduates and students of economics, econometrics, finance, business, mathematics or engineering having a good understanding of financial statements and their interlinkages as well as theories around capital structures, structured finance, corporate finance, credit rating/credit risk, merges and acquisitions, valuation and financing.
Our client expectstalented and motivated junior candidates having first professional experience and/or being interested in the following areas as relevant working experience: corporate finance, credit rating agencies/credit risk, M&A related financing, energy sector corporates, corporate banking.
Future employee needsto be fluent in English. Proficiency in German or Scandinavian languages would be an advantage. Our Client is looking for talented and motivated employees with strong work ethics, willing to develop professionally and the ability to work with several projects simultaneously.
