It is critical that this role forms an effective partnership with GCS product managers and external vendors (Office365, OBS, Unify, etc.) to ensure that operational processes execution is effective. The role will provide input to the GCS Operations Management and the various GCS Service teams to ensure Service Level Agreements are met. The position also involves ensuring that areas for improvements of operational activities are identified and highlighted to IMPM team and GCS Ops management. The position will be expected to lead improvements that have been identified to have positive impact on the operational processes and activities. Fundamental to this role is driving simplification, and standardization fully aligning to the IT fITness strategy as well as ADP principles.

For our Client – international company, industry leader – we are currently looking for Candidates on IMPM Analyst position. The role is a part of Global Collaboration Services (GCS) Operations Team. It is responsible for supporting the enterprise collaboration solution(s) across company. The role will provide operational process and technical expertise to ensure that the CBS Collaboration solution(s) being used by company End Users work aligned to business expectations
The successful candidate will:
- Be a subject matter expert in Voice/Telephony and at least in one of the following key collaboration solutions:
- SharePoint Portal,
- Collaboration platform (Team Sites),
- Social platform (Yammer),
- Messaging (Exchange, Sendmail, and ProofPoint),
- Instant Messaging (Lync),
- Live/Lync Meeting,
- and any other new Services or Business solutions transitioned to GCS Operations team.
