For our Client which is global well-known company at this moment we are looking for persons on following position:

Requirements:

• College degree or appropriate work experience
• 1 year of experience in multinational environment, preferably in the banking sector
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• Very good knowledge of German or French
• Professional and courteous phone manner
• Knowledge of MS Office and a familiarity with the Internet
• Must have analytical skills, a natural inquisitive nature and enjoy doing research and investigative type of work
• Must possess strong decision making ability and be self disciplined

 
Responsibilities:

• Monitoring an automated fraud screening application
• Contacting card issuing banks to validate purchases
• Contacting credit cardholders to validate purchases
• Conducting other miscellaneous research to validate purchases
• Voiding and refunding transactions identified as fraud
• Conducting follow-up research on fraud charge backs
• Communicating with cardholders and vendors via email
