Responsibilities:
- Participates in studies to evaluate business systems requirements and recommend appropriate solutions for complex projects.
- Identify and formalize the business requirements of internal and external customers by acting as an interface between business representatives, representatives and IT customers in order to analyze, document and validate the business processes required;
- Interfaces with software developers to explain solutions.
- Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.
- Plan and define test cases, drafting of documents, UAT;
- Involvement in the execution and test management capabilities issued;
- Completes work on major, more complex business system projects with full competency.
- Supports post-sales activities in complex problem resolutions.
- Operates in accordance with company security policies and guidelines, and in accordance with established quality standards and assigned schedule.
- Proactively contributes to team goals by integrating his/her own work with peers’ one and by furthering/promoting a Teamwork attitude respecting execution plans.
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics, IT or Mathematics;
- Good knowledge of SQL and relation databases;
- Good knowledge of the office package (excel, projects, PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge functional analysis and testing procedures
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
- English as pre-requisite condition for employment, fluency in spoken/written
- Strong analytic skills and need to be able to interpret complex information and adapt it as needed
- About 3 years’ experience in the specific role
- Good relational skills and flexibility
- Availability to travel
