With our Client, an investment companywhich significantly expands its business on international markets, we are creating new structures, located in the heart of Cracow. New opportunities for fulfilling personal and professional goals are open for professionals experienced in Fund Accounting, Real Estate or Private Equityfield who speak Germanon intermediate level (min. B1+).
On a Senior / Fund Accountant position you will be responsible for processing all business transactions fund accounting for Alternative Investment Funds. You will coordinate and control the accounting service providers and general partners of all national and international investments, settle payment transactions, calculate unit price and reconcile associated fund price. You duties will include also preparation of annual financial statementsand input to the preparation of related reports and project work (e.g. participation in the set up and takeover of funds). Moreover you will closely cooperate with external partners such as asset managers, general partners and investorsand be direct contact person for internal and external auditors. You will have opportunity to actively participate in the design and optimization of internal processesand assist the implementation of new processes.
We are looking for specialist with experience in fund accounting / real estate / private equity, hedge fundsfield. Very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of German (min B1+)as well as proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel is required. We are looking for flexible, open-minded professionals with ability to work independently.
Our Client offers opportunity to take a part in building new structures of finance centre in Cracow as well as both personal and professional training opportunities and promote the individual strengths of each individual. The offer includes training period in Frankfurt.
