Our Client is a fast-growing company based in Gdańsk, that helps air passengers around the world to secure compensation for delayed, canceled, or overbooked flights. Currently, we are looking for an Air Claim Specialist with English, to join a team!
Air Claim Specialist will be responsible for collecting necessary documentation and organizing it to start legal proceeding. Moreover, the Candidate will be contacting passengers and the airlines by phone and email, as wells as reviewing company’s database.
We are looking for Candidates that poses fluent command of English (min C1; according to CEFR). Additionally, to succeed in this role you will need to have excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. Moreover, you should be both outspoken and a good listener simultaneously, self-driven with a high energy level.
Our Client offers ambitious, international startup environment with a vision and strategy to create something BIG . Additionally, full time job based on an employment contract and stable working hours in a comfortable office space.
