Agile Project Lead
Location: WrocławMain objective of role
- Leader of the agile process in the platform support team
- Facilitate and moderate sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint demo and sprint retrospective meetings
- Train, coach, and mentor teams on use of agile development process
- Single point of contact with knowledge of every aspect of Platform Support Team work
- Provides direction and oversight to Platform Support Team resources
- Plans and defines project scope, establishing measurable goals
- Establishes project timelines and completes projects on schedule
- Manages risks and opportunities
- Takes ownership of platform support issues and works to resolution
- Actively manages project status and communications ensuring transparency to project stakeholders and Platform Support Team
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Training or related Analytical field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience
- Experience driving and influencing teams at all levels
- Strong devotion to customer service
- Ability to interact with senior management, external client organizations and vendors
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Work with leadership to develop and implement strategies in support of BD’s vision and values
- ServiceNow, Automation anywhere or familiarity with workflow and ticketing systems
- Understand basic fundamentals of iterative development
- Understand other processes and methodologies and can speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team/enterprise
- Understand basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
- Understand the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team
- Understand incremental delivery and the value of metrics
- Understand backlog tracking, burn down metrics, velocity, and task definition
- Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices
