What's the job about?
The team has created and is developing a business oriented application for Google internal use. We are working on new versions, pushing the customer experiences to a new level, covering different platforms. Your tasks will cover:

Salary rates:12 000 – 18 000 PLN gross/month (depending on the assessment of the technical level during recruitment process)

● 40 hours per week / flexible working time
● Project: internal tooling
● Work methodology:
○ Code review, unit test (currently about 80% coverage), static code analysis
○ Version control system, Build server, issue tracking tool, knowledge repository
○ QA engineers
○ Scrum environment
● Regular employee evaluation
● Company wide code styles,
● Laptop and workstation, 2 24" displays, support of Mac/Linux
● Task distribution: new feature 80%, Maintenance 10%, Document writing 5%, meetings 5%

What's the job about?
The team has created and is developing a business oriented application for Google internal use. We are working on new versions, pushing the customer experiences to a new level, covering different platforms. Your tasks will cover:
- Contribute to the development and growth of iCentral and its customer base.
- Work with business engagement on roadmap planning and scheduling based on customer priorities.
- Plan and execute launch roadmap and capacity to drive release cycle.
- Gather & evaluate feedback on development cycles.
- Educate and integrate business changes into operations.
- Measure resource utilization and increase roadmap visibility.
- Provide reporting to management on utilization, forecasting & Risk & Issue.
- Oversee and guide the entire product delivery from design reviews, effort estimation, assignment, testing and release.
Who are we looking for?
First of all people with passion and demonstrable, expert knowledge. Our main requirements you will find below:
- Agile product management experience.
- Proven track record delivering projects at scale, including feature development cycles.
- Strong negotiation & communication skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and to balance technical and business issues.
- Ability to identify and eliminate inefficiencies in the product development cycle.Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize product strategy and resolve conflicts.
- You will also need very good command of English as we are multinational team.
