For our Client, global international company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for candidates interested in the position of Agile Coach.
Your new role
Holding this position you will be a part of company’s cross functional agile teams. You will be responsible for all the innovation and quality processes within the organization as well as ensuring that every deployment and feature is smooth, bug free and shippable. You will work closely with development teams, Product Owners and Agile Coaches. Also, you will organize and facilitate sprint and release planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, demos and other Agile/Scrum related ceremonies. You will lead, mentor, up-skill and inspire other team members, peers and stakeholders as well as lead Agile discipline, best practice and standards compliance within global IT. As Agile Coach you will support the organisation to transform from traditional delivery methods such as waterfall to Agile.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful on this role you must have over five years of professional experience in the application of a broad range of Agile and Lean methodologies in all aspects of design, product and software delivery for mobile and web applications. You must have Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). Also, you should have strong practical experience and understanding of Scrum and Kanban, XP, BDD, ATDD and TDD. Moreover, you must have strong abilities in coordinating complex project schedules, resolving competing dependencies and fostering collaboration among globally distributed teams. Due to work in international organization you need to have fluent English language skills.
