Your responsibilities will include:
- Educating and helping teams to ensure agility and excellent deliveries.
- Efficient communication with teams.
- Ensuring that agile concepts and principles are adhered.
- Being the first who notice issues as they arise and elevate them to management.
- Continual learning new tools and techniques to manage the team.
- Ability to facilitate discussion.
- Leading a team to self-organization.

Skills we expect from you:
- 2 years’ experience as Agile Coach.
- Strong experience as Scrum Master (at least 4 years).
- Excellent knowledge of Agile methods.
- Understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
- Experience in implementing agile projects and sharing that experience with a project team.
- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (processes and procedures).
