Opis stanowiska pracy

Job description:

  • Dealing with costs invoices in process of approval for payment, checking and accepting invoices in CIPRO
  • Checking contract conditions with Comparative, introducing to CIPRO Comparative, Cover Letter and Contract Signed
  • Control of invoices pending to be received in cooperation with Cost COntroller
  • Coordination/prepraration of sale invoices, interests notes, penalty notes and other documents related with construction site
  • Contact with suppliers/subcontractors on current issues
  • Petty Cash control and report fulfilling
  • Coordination of the use of company's car, telephones, devices (collecting necessary documents, cooperation with HQ egarding arrangements of delivery- handovers, supervision of the kilometers millage)
  • Cooperation with the HQ regarding arrangement of business trip for employees
  • Taking care of sickness leaves and applications for leave- cooperation with HR
  • Cooperation with HQ-Legal, Financial and Controlling department
  • Managing of general administrative issues on project
  • Office management, ordering articles for the office

 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the similar role
  • Good knowledge of English or Spanish language
  • Well developed communication skills
  • Team worker
  • Background in finance/accounting are will be an advantage
