Main tasks
- Providing administrative support directly to the Business Unit Manager and employees within the organization
- Supporting 3 office locations: Wrocław onsite and Poznań/Jelenia Góra remotely
- Running and organizing the office reception in Wrocław
- Ensuring the proper flow and maintenance of documents and employee data within the Business Unit
- Being the first point of contact for all office issues, suppliers and staff
- Organizing and supporting guest visits, logistical arrangements, catering, travel, etc.
- Coordination and support of internal events
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Good command of English
- Very good computer skills (MS office suite)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, time management and teamwork skills
- Self-organizing and capable to work without detailed supervision
