On this position you will be responsible for
administration of service-related orders (quoting, invoicing etc.), documentation, verification and processing of data according to standards, communication/ cooperation with internal and external customers, Initiation and monitoring of orders and deliveries for service visits, Developing relationships with key customers and ensure best service standards
Perfect candidate for this role has
2 years’ of experience in a similar position (customer service, after-sales service), Knowledge of standard computer software (MS office) and SAP and/or customer relationship software, fluent English and German languages (reading &writing). Ideal candidate has also willingness and experience to provide service and solutions to highest standard, high motivation for work and new knowledge acquisition.
