For our Client - well-established international company from medical sector we are looking for Candidates who will hold a position of:
Administration Specialist with French/GermanMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
Update data in the system based on information delivered by technicians or customers,
Manage customer data,
Invoice of services, repairs and installations, ensure timely and accurate billing to customers,
Create service orders, control quality and completeness of reports delivered by technicians, enter order confirmations into the system,
Manage service contract,
Prepare statistics and reports related to service administration,
Train new employees.
Requirements:
Very good knowledge French or German language,
2 years professional experience in similar positions (preferably in SSC/BPO organization),
Good understanding of complex business processes,
Excellent attention to detail,
High customer orientation and focus on service quality and timeliness,
Knowledge of English,
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system is an asset.
