- Project Management for regional Innovation/Renovation/EBA’s from Ideation to Post implementation phase on our core brand portfolio. Ideas will come from global CBU or brand boards on core brands, local markets for in / out type of innovation on core or local jewel brands. This role will take on project leadership of the least complex of these projects in terms of risk, scale and profile.
- Develop and own project planning & timelines and align with all key stakeholders on key decision points, issues and actions
- Align and agree with all key stakeholders (Marketing/SC/Innovation/Finance / Step 1) KPI’s and success criteria
- Shape timely and relevant project communication
- Lead alignment & execution process of European activities impacting x-regional/market portfolio
- Solves complex problems/challenges by taking a wide range of perspective linked to simplicity and efficiency of portfolio
- Conduct learning and post launch reviews
- Lead Core Team meetings
- Lead exhaustive x-functional risk assessment
Business Process Management
- Lead x-functional teams through the full project management and Quest process – ensure execution according to CSF’s
- Guide the project teams through escalation process
- Provide recommendation for the projects from Phase 0 to PIA for stage gate approval process according to Quest
- Ensure PPM is properly used for regional projects and continuous improvement and efficiency beyond OC is in place and aligned globally
- Guide and lead the projects through the menu card guardrails in terms of compliance and simplicity opportunities throughout Quest stage/gate process
- Experience with x-functional teams
- Fluent in English
- Supply Chain knowledge is a big plus
