Our Client is an international brand from pharmaceutical industry, which established over 2 years ago Accounting Centre in Krakow. The Centre, located in the heart of Krakow, is expanding and looking for ambitious and experienced professional who will take the position of AP Team Leader.
AP Team Leader will ensure achievement of the end-to-end processperformance and quality standards as well as maintain appropriate levels of technical knowledge and expertise. You will lead, motivate and develop the team in order to achieve its full potential and maintain its engagement as well as monitor and report on service lead times and other KPIs. You will ensure timely and accurate processing of all documents related to AP and a high standard of customer service in line with agreed SLAs.
We are looking for a passionate leader with previous experience in people managementrole as well as background in Accounts Payable / Purchase to Pay process. Very good English skills and SAP knowledge are required as well as positive and energetic attitude and very good time management and interpersonal skills.
