For one of our clients, an international company with a Shared Services Center located in Warsaw, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALISTwill be responsible for processing invoices, credit notes, expense claims and other financial documentation, actively managing the invoices that are yet to be coded and/or authorized, sending out remittance advices, collaborating directly with suppliers regarding any payment related queries, checking supplier statements monthly to ensure all records are up to date, covering for related processes, e.g. employee expenses, as well as seeking opportunities for process improvements.
We are looking for Candidates with an Academic Degree in Finance or related area, and approximately 2 years of relevant experience, gained preferably in SSC environment, who are well acquainted with MS Office Suite and fluent in English(min. B2, written and spoken). Knowledge of any additional language, as well as working knowledge of SAP systemwill be an advantage.
