Our Client is an international company with its Business Centre located in Katowice. Due to expansion of current operations we are looking for experienced Leader / Manager who will lead Accounts Payable department (directly 3 leadersand team of 60+ FTEs).
On this position you will be mostly responsible for managing Accounts Payable processand a team of Accountants responsible for European markets. You will motivate, lead and develop the team to their full potential including creation and execution of KPIs, targets and service delivery. You will act as a key point of contact to different stakeholders and finance partners as well as support the process migration of accounting activities.
We are looking for Senior Professional with experience in team managementand Accounts Payable process who presents very good Englishlanguage skills. You will need to present excellent communication skills, passion for people and as well as client oriented attitude.
Our Client offers an interesting development path in expanding centre with competitive remuneration and benefits package. You will have the chance to create new structures, set up the further direction and strategyfor the AP processes development.
