On behalf of our Client, a global SSC in Gdāsk, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position Accounts Payable Manager.
Your new role
Holding the position of Accounts Payable Manager you will be responsible for the operations and performance of Accounts Payable team and Team Leaders. The scope of responsibilities includes ensuring of the service delivery according to established SLAs, implementation of process improvements, reviewing the existing procedures as well as monitoring of the quality targets. You will overview payments, plan for effective training and allocation of work together with supporting reports are presented to business/ management within agreed timescales and ensuring the monthly, half yearly and annual reviews are completed. You will be also responsible for managing escalations, coaching, performance management, rewards & recognition and competence development of subordinates.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have a University degree and at least 4 years of experience in managerial role. Adequate understandings of business & accounting management and deep knowledge of AP process as well as change management and good leadership skills are a must. What is more good communication skills in English are required. The ideal Candidate will be business and customer oriented and will be focused on business targets. Oracle ERP experience is a must.
