Accounts Payable Expert
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Participation in AP process redesign
- Being a point of contact for customers, Delivery Center, IT and other involved parties in regards to desired AP process flow
- Performing system and applications tests and providing feedback regarding their performance
- Support for system deployment
- Identification of opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Adhering to the efficiency, quality and business conduct parameters
- Preparation of process maps and process documentation
- Providing process training sessions to new joiners including theoretical and practical aspects of the AP process
- Responding to process stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
- Reporting directly to local management.
Accounts Payable Expert
Work place: WrocławKnowledge and Skills Requirements:
- 3+ years of accounting experience in SSC/BPO, preferably in AP department
- Fluent English (knowledge of German would be an asset)
- Willingness to travel
- Working knowledge of SAP and other financial tools, software packages
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Understanding of principles of process improvement and automation
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and to successfully handle multiple tasks
- Accountability and ownership for the tasks entrusted to the role holder
- Strong research, communication and analytical skills
- Attention to detail.
