Responsibilities:

• Contacting internal and external partners from different parts of Europe
• Booking invoices according to company procedures
• Preparing payment proposals
• Purchase Orders maintnace
• Answering calls and e-mails as CRC (Customer Response Center) Agent
• Verifying accuracy of invoices

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or students of final year
• Fluency in Hebrew is a must
• Good English skills
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Good team player
• Detail oriented and well-organized
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Ability to establish priorities
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
