Your new company
On behalf of our Client, the company which sets up a new Shared Service Centre in Warsaw City Centre, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of Senior AP Accountant with French.
Your new role
As Accounts Payable Analyst you will be responsible for supporting day to day operations of the AP function within the EMEA region. You will be in charge of Driving continuous improvements through service excellence, process enhancements and cost benefit. Furthermore, you will assist in establishing an efficient and effective results focused service culture, delivering continuous process efficiency through strong change management and performance measurement. Moreover, you will support the day to day accounting processes and systems, ensuring accurate processing, recording, and reporting of financial information and will be responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of financial records. Other responsibilities include ensuring that developed KPIs and SLAs are continuously met and adhered to, assist with auditors and audit requirements and SOX testing, manage identified stakeholders effectively around operational activities and change related matters, building strong and lasting relationships both internally and externally whilst doing so.
What you'll need to succeed
The role holder should possess undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or economics or recognised accounting qualification e.g. ACCA is desirable. Strong operations functional experience and 1 - 5 years’ experience within a large Shared Service environment. Excellent English language skills is a must – at least B2+ level as well as working knowledge of ERP Accounting systems e.g. Oracle Financials (GL, AP, FA, AR). Lean Sic Sigma experience would be a strong asset.
