Accounts Payable Accountant with Portuguese

Location: Gdynia
Responsibilities:
- manage invoice administration and processing (checking validity and completeness of invoices / credit notes; maintaining master vendor data records).
- process documents in compliance with quantity and quality SLA and KPIs
- manage payment proposals
- process manual payments
- follow-up and resolve payment issues / queries
- achieve performance objectives as agreed with the assigned Team Leader
Requirements:
- excellent MS Excel skills / general computer literacy
- advanced level of English
- advanced level of Portuguese (Brazilian dialect will be an advantage)
- previous experience / educational background in accounting function will be an asset
- eagerness to develop within the area of international accounting
- excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
