For our Client, very prestigious law company we are looking for candidates for the position of an Accounting Specialist.

You will be a part of a multinational company and you will be working with a professional and truly global team. You will be responsible for:

Active participation in the GL month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing process to ensure timely completion
Timely & accurate account reconciliations
Account analysis & corrective actions
Monthly adjusting & recurring journal entries
Assuring quality of intercompany transactions and balances
Foreign currency conversions
Cash management
Compliance with key internal controls over financial reporting
Providing support for external, internal and government audits with respect to GL
Interface with other stakeholders and ensuring adherence to policies and standard processes
Support ing the organization on special projects, as needed

Ideal candidates will have:

At least 2 + years’ experience in a similar position
Knowledge of general ledger principles, procedures and standards
University degree, preferably in Accounting / Finance
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
Proficiency in English, knowledge of other languages will be an additional asset
Knowledge and experience of using SAP system (highly preferred)
The ability to successfully handle multiple tasks
