Accounting Manager
Lokalizacja: GdyniaFor one of our client, outsourcing leader in Eastern Europe, we are looking for Accounting Manager.
Job Description:
- Managing the team of 15 accountants
- Organizing work, setting priorities, monitoring and managing workload within the team
- Monitoring and enhancing performance of the team in the areas of productivity, process adherence, customer satisfaction and quality, supervising process
- Building and maintaining strong business relationship with Client
- Knowing, understanding and evaluating operational KPIs
- Identifying areas of improvement in processes and drives change implementation
- Coordinating team schedule and leave planning
- Motivating and building the skills of the team
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of end to end Accounting experience, with focus on GL area
- Very good knowledge of English (min. B2)
- Knowledge of Czech or German language would be an asset
- Practical experience in managing a team
- Educational background in Finance and Accounting
- Experience in transition projects
- Strong client management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to details
- Effective time management and prioritizing abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to multi-task and keep up with a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
