Accounting Manager (m/f)
The successful candidate will cooperate directly with HQ of the company abroad and will play a key role in the company's further development in Poland.

Our client - one of the fast-growing retail company in Poland - is currently seeking to recruit an experienced individual for the position of a Accounting Manager.
Description
- Be a business partner for the local CEO and the Group's finance management and support further growth of the Polish subsidiary
- Assure local accounting, tax and reporting are compliant with the local law and the Group regulations
- Provide stocks control (analysis, reconciliations, reporting) and cooperate directly with the logistics team
- Provide KPIs analysis, conclusions and recommendations for actions
- Maintain good relations with internal and external partners (i.e. tax advisor, payroll services provider, auditors, suppliers)
- Manage staff, organization of processes and development of people within the financial discipline
Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in accounting and finance in an international sales-driven organization (with minimum 2-year experience in people management)
- Experience in retail sector and practice with stocks management will be strong assets
- Knowledge of tax and accounting regulations
- Mix of technical financial knowledge along with commercial acumen
- Passionately strives to achieve results; energetic and high level of dedication
- Understands key business drivers and proactively seeks out opportunities and recommends solutions that can be effectively supported
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Polish and English
