For our Client, one of the world’s leading organization, well known FMCG company we are looking for candidates for the position of:

You will be part of fast- growing company and you will be working with a professional and truly global team. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and supervising day-to-day Fixed Assets accounting activitiesin accordance with the Group accounting policies & procedures, and local regulations (creation, write off, transfer, depreciation, investment order validation, capex calculation, etc.)
  • Ensuring that the Fixed Assets process is compliant with the group core model and with the local rules
  • Monitoring Assets Under Construction very closely and performing regular reviews with the business
  • Ensuring that a physical inventory of fixed assets proces, coordinating the process (instructions, recording results, action plan for continuous improvement)
  • Contributing in Capex objectives achievement by monitoring actuals and giving support for scenario planning
  • Supporting the Central Business Services to ensure that all fixed assets information is properly reported (eg. roll-forward of fixed assets)
  • Supporting the Category Business Units in the forecasting process: acquisitions, disposals, depreciation, write-offs, etc.
  • Inspirng and motivating teamwork for achieving goals

Who are we looking for ?

  • At least 2 + years’ experience on similar position (supervisory/ team leadership experience in an accounting environment for a global company)
  • University degree, preferably in Accounting / Finance
  • ACCA certification will be an additional asset
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments
  • Knowledge of other languages will be an additional asset: Czech, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Romanian, Scandinavian languages
  • Experience in accounting and financial systems (SAP experience preferred but not essential)
  • Strong background within Fixed Assets
  • Ability to manage and motivate team members
  • Desire to learn and develop
