Accountant

Responsibilities:
This role is primarily responsible for:
• performing general and cost accounting,
• partially for Procurement system,
• posibility to extend the scope of duties to taxes (CIT and VAT),
• making changes and improvements within accounting processes,
• participating in both local statutory accounting and reporting to international headquarters.

For this interesting and challenging job, the following skills and experience are needed:
• Master's degree (specialization in accounting/finance),
• at least 2 years experience in using accounting and business software systems in international structure,
• experience in cost and profitability analysis,
• facilitate change in both financial and business processes,
• US Gaap knowledge as well as Tax (CIT and VAT) knowlegde,
• willingness to grow up within an organization,
• ability to work independently,
• willingness and drive to make improvements,
• fluent English (as a plus Spanish or German or other languages),
• results oriented team player with a positive attitude,
• leadership and self-motivation,
• excellent interpersonal skills,
• initiative and accountable,
• high energy with positive and flexible nature.
