Overview:

Serve as the Business Analyst for the Advanced Services Business Operations Deal Assurance team with focus on operations of bookings accuracy. This position is responsible for the deal assurance in the booking process by assigned Segment with data accuracy, ABC Calls and hold releases. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the accuracy and governance of data within the tools .
  • Assist in tracking and maintaining data for Project Profitability, Compliance, Accuracy, Governance at the project level.
  • Assist with Booking process through Deal Assurance from the Advanced Services Delivery perspective .
  • Standardize and formalize definitions, calculations, metrics and matrices of specific tools.
  • Assist in driving global initiatives and project tracking and updates.
  • Assist in the development of time-spent and efficiency measures and reports.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Assist and guide the field on processes, systems and procedures.
  • Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed for management reporting and audit requirements.
  • Able to manage and prioritize own time; provides feedback to supervisors on goal / task completion.
  • Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results; works autonomously and checks-in as decisions are made.

Requirements: 


The ideal candidate possesses excellent attention to detail, and collaboration and communications skills. The candidate must be a self-starter, have the ability to work independently, and be comfortable with ambiguity and change.

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience;
  • Fluent English;
  • Strong Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Nice to have specific experience with Oracle Projects profitability and RightNow Tool pipeline;
  • Knowledge and skills with financials, training, customer service, IT, and communications;
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with varies groups within Cisco such as Delivery Business Management , Sales, Finance, Corporate Operations, Revenue Accounting, Customer Service, to name a few, at various levels;
  • Problem solver: Should be a strong, analytical problem solver with a strong attention to detail;
