Nimbus Ltd. - an international consulting company is currently looking for an Account Manager for its client – AMC-Consult A/S. AMC-Banking for Dynamics Ax is a banking solution with automatic account reconciliation. You will join a newly opened office in the Warsaw area and become part of the development department located in Copenhagen. What is more, you will be responsible for sales in whole Poland.

Responsibilities:

•Preparing sales strategy (market analysis, creating distribution channels, a budget implementation).

•Execution of sales goals (sales of solutions offered by AMC Bank in cooperation with partners).

•Identifying and qualifying potential customers’ requirements concerning banking services and their conversion into sales capabilities in cooperation with AMC in Denmark and AMC partners’ personnel responsible for customer service.

•Signing contracts with new customers of AMC Banking services.

•During a 3-month probation period it is necessary to use a private car (expenses will be paid by bills according to the general rules).

•After the probation period an employee could receive a business car.

•On-line sales is conducted by AMC.

Wymagania

Candidate's profile:

•Academic education (a Master’s degree - technical or economic) supported by documented experience (at least 5 years)

•Interests in sales and good sales skills

•Good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)

•Cannot be employed by other companies

•A driving license category B

•Should reside in Warsaw

•Willingness to travel (especially to the AMC headquarters)

•Experience in indentifying corporate challenges and implementing business solutions in areas where a customer is the most important.

•Experience in conducting good sales and capability in preparing sales plan

•Systematic approach to work by AMC

In addition it would be considered advantageous having:

•Experience in sales of ERP Microsoft systems and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle Financial

•A SAP partner channel in Poland

•The Microsoft Solution Selling certificate

The successful candidate should display following personality traits:

•Independent

•Self-motivated, enthusiastic, negotiation and presentation skills

•Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

•Proactive and suggestive selling skills

•Good understanding of business at manager level

•Ongoing sales efforts to increase sales
