- Drives growth in revenue, margin and market share for the product portfolio within the Benelux
- Closely collaborate with the Sales Manager to further develop the current sales strategy
- Performance monitoring and evaluation of current distributors
- At least 3 years of commercial experience in the Medical Device Industry;
- Able to work long term sales cycles;
- Proven experience managing distributors;
- Fluent in Dutch, English and French.
