HR Internal Consultants is an Executive Search consultancy, working with Polish and international companies for over 12 years.
Our Client is one of Europe's leading suppliers of logistics systems. The Company works with the European flower and plant industry, as well as food companies, wholesalers, and supermarkets.
Currently we are offering a challenging post as:
Account Manager Poland & Eastern Europe
- As Account Manager in an international company with subsidiaries abroad you will refer to the Region Manager for Central and Eastern Europe in Company’s horticultural sales organization and the base location for this position is Poland.
- This is a job with a future-oriented, international company with a culture based on respect for human resources.
- The ideal applicant has a commercial or logistic background and at least 3-5 years of experience from a similar position.
- The right person speaks and writes English fluently at negotiation level. A flair for other languages would be an advantage, but is not a demand.
- The person we are looking for is highly effective, which he or she demonstrates through personal attitudes and well-developed empathy that creates a good working climate with colleagues in many countries.
Primary responsibilities:
- Activities and results within the green sector in Poland in line with Company’s strategy, business plan and budget
- Provide Company’s products and services for other market segments
- Maintain and service existing customers and business development for Company’s products and services which includes pure “selling” as well as “consulting for best practice”
- Organize local market activities in a cost efficient way
- Balance effort in the market with customers against the potential volume
- Explain company policy on price, delivery and credit
- Collect overdue accounts, report on bad accounts in close cooperation with the colleagues in the Polish office
- Collect credit information
- Formulate local business plans according to sales targets
- Determine how to improve productivity and effectiveness
Secondary responsibilities:
- Present market survey report and proposals
- Develop new prospects and accounts
- Maintain detailed and accurate records and documents
- Open minded approach to new technology like RFID implementation
