Account Manager B2B Marketing for IT Vendor Russian Speaker

An exciting and unique opportunity has just opened for experienced Account Manager with background in marketing in IT industry. Our Client is an expert in co-marketing outsourcing and as a professional business partner manages end-to-end co-marketing programs for major IT Vendors
The successful candidate shall be responsible for account managing, that involves promoting joint marketing activities into end user markets according to agreed campaign targets and criteria set by the Programme Director. The joint marketing activities include: Direct Marketing, E-DM, telemarketing, events, and other lead generation based activities, based on a deep knowledge of the Business Partners’ business profile, on a shared marketing plan with the Vendor and a comprehensive CRM approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the Business Partner’s marketing plan to deliver the biggest impact with the most appropriate messaging and the highest return on investment possible for the Vendor. This will involve liaison by telephone, email and personal visits to Russia on regular basis. The successful candidate will be expected to give input and contribute to design and plan activities with the accounted Business Partners. In some or most cases, the candidate will be working closely with the Vendor’s Account Managers to ensure full alignment between Business Partner’s marketing strategy and Vendor’s objectives. The successful candidate will report to the Programme Director and will be expected to provide regular reports and qualitative feedback on a variety of metrics and performance. He/she will also be required to interface with the Campaign Project Manager who is responsible for the execution of the activities and to assist the Campaign Project Manager with the campaign briefing where required. He/she will also be required to liaise and attend internal business meetings to perform duties and aid business and organisational development, in addition to attending Vendor and internal training sessions to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
We are looking for a senior Account Manager who communicates freely in English and Russian (Polish will be an advantage) has substantial experience in marketing agencies, or has worked with technology clients or in-house marketing department of technology companies, with strong channel management knowledge. Many activities will be conducted over the phone, hence strong communication skills and ability to recommend, persuade and implement multi-touch marketing campaigns incorporating on and offline marketing activities are of utmost importance. This role requires also extensive CRM and account management experience.
The role of account manager requires frequent travelling to Russia.
