THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
This company is a growing player in the international ingredients market. With A-list Food companies for clients, they have a B2B approach. This position is located in a small office, operating with support from the larger mother company.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role, you handle customer demands from both Europe and Asia. For this, you combine a commercial mindset with a customer service focus. You make sure that the clients' wishes come true, you're creative in solving problems, but through all this, you are realistic and pragmatic. Helping both the sales team and the supply chain team, you are well-organized and capable of flexibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• answering customer questions
• managing order processing with SAP
• helping corporate finance setting up new accounts
• monitoring forecasts, offering sales information
• staying in touch with international distributors in Europe, China and the US
REQUIREMENTS
• Commercial background, preferably Bachelor level
• Practical, honest, logical and commercial personality
• Flexible, willing to do the work until it's done
• Fluent Dutch and English
• Willing to travel to fairs about 10% of the time
• Willing to work in a small team, with strong personal responsibility
